Abstract: IDRC remains a singular organization in the ecosystem for ID and a key actor in research for development. However, over the last decade this ecosystem has changed in some dramatic ways, in both the Global North and the Global South. What have been those changes and how has IDRC been adapting to these in order to remain relevant and effective in this ecosystem?
